Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Corey Jones, the owner of Yazoo City Animal Hospital, is a dedicated veterinarian who earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Louisiana State University in 2003. A native of Ferriday, Louisiana, Dr. Jones developed a passion for animal care and rural veterinary medicine at an early age, inspiring him to pursue a career devoted to the health and well-being of animals.

With more than two decades of experience, Dr. Jones is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while building lasting relationships with the families and the animals he serves. He believes in treating every patient as if they were his own and takes pride in educating pet owners to help their animals live long, healthy lives.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Jones enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelli and their two children, Hayden and Alex. Family will always remain the center of everything he does, and he values the opportunity to serve the community while balancing a fulfilling home life.
