Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Haven Bynum earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Mississippi State University in 2021 and has been dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized veterinary care ever since. Her passion for animals, combined with her gentle approach and attention to detail, allows her to build lasting relationships with both her patients and the families who care for them.

Dr. Bynum enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and is committed to helping pets live healthier, happier lives through preventative care, client education, and advanced medical treatment. She believes that every animal deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, and she strives to make each visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Bynum enjoys spending time with her husband, Derek and their son, Baylor. Whether she’s making memories with her family or caring for the pets in her community, she is grateful for the opportunity to do what she loves every day. Dr. Bynum has been proud to be a part of the team at Yazoo City Animal Hospital since 2023 and looks forward to continuing to care for your pets through every stage of their lives.
